The website build is a one-off cost. The only ongoing cost you need to budget for yourself is your domain name (around £10-15/year). I also offer optional monthly care plans from £49/month, which include hosting as standard alongside updates, backups and security monitoring — so there's nothing extra to arrange.

I ask for a 50% deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% on launch. For larger projects I can discuss staged payments — just mention it when you fill in the brief.

Most websites are live within 2–3 weeks from brief to launch. E-commerce stores typically take 3–4 weeks. The main thing that affects timeline is how quickly you can provide feedback and content — the faster you respond, the faster I move.

Ideally — your logo, any photos of your business, and the text content for each page. If you don't have these, don't worry. I can write your content for you and use professional stock images where needed. Just select those options in the free brief.

Absolutely. I show you a mockup before building and you approve every stage before anything goes live. Nothing launches without your sign-off.

All packages include up to 3 rounds of revisions. In practice most clients are happy well before that. Additional revisions beyond 3 rounds are charged at my standard hourly rate.
